message of awareness and guidance aimed at ensuring communication between the University and society to achieve the University&#8217;s goal of serving the community by participating in the drive for inclusive and sustainable development efforts through conducting theoretical and applied research and studies related to the economy and the health and safety of the citizen, as well as developing cultural and environmental awareness to upgrade the consumer level and culture in Iraq in order to achieve overall quality in this field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New #333333;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"> To be one of the best research institutions, characterized with quality according to international standards in the fields of scientific research and conducting different studies at the regional level.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 22px; color: #008000;\"><strong>2- Mission:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #333333;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The center performs an awareness and guidance message aimed to securing communication between the university and the community to achieve the university&#8217;s aim of serving the community by conducting research and theoretical and applied studies related to the economy, health and safety of the citizen, as well as developing cultural and environmental awareness to raise the level of consumer and consumer culture in Iraq to reach to the total quality in this field.<\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 22px; color: #008000;\"><strong>3- Aims:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #333333;\">Encouraging researchers at the center to carry out scientific and applied research and studies to find a solution to the problems suffered by the market and the consumer through annual research programs and plans.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #333333;\">Conducting surveys and opinion polls on issues related to the market and consumer, and analyzing their results to diagnose problems and provide solutions to decision-makers to solve those problems and enhance strengths.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #333333;\">Issuing periodicals and posters to spread the center&#8217;s awareness message to various segments of society, with the aim of enhancing consumers&#8217; awareness of their rights and developing a safe consumer culture, as well as stimulating the sectors of the national economy and achieving sustainable development.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #333333;\">Communication between the university and the community through the participation of the center&#8217;s researchers in government committees with state institutions, and providing consultations that requested from the center in all fields related to the market and the consumer.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #333333;\">Holding conferences, seminars, workshops, and awareness programs to spread and promote the center&#8217;s message.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #333333;\">Organizing training programs for employees in all governmental and private institutions, including university formations, to provide them with skills and knowledge, in addition to benefiting from the experiences of the center&#8217;s employees, including researchers, technicians and administrators in this
