{"id":120,"date":"2023-10-22T15:31:33","date_gmt":"2023-10-22T15:31:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.mracpc.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=120"},"modified":"2023-10-22T15:34:50","modified_gmt":"2023-10-22T15:34:50","slug":"estimate-some-mycotoxins-and-heavy-metals-in-local-and-imported-chicken-livers-available-in-local-markets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.mracpc.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=120","title":{"rendered":"Estimate some mycotoxins and heavy metals in local and imported chicken livers available in local markets"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-index=\"1\">M.Raft Ahmed Abu al-Maali\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Dr.Adil Turki al-Mousawi\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Dr.Sadad Jasim Mohammed<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted hovered\" data-index=\"3\">The current study aimed to estimate the concentrations of each of the mineral elements Lead Pb, Cu, Zinc Zn, Cadmium (Cd using atomic absorption technique Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS), and the remnants of some mycotoxins using high-performance liquid chromotravic device High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in local fresh and frozen chicken liver samples imported from various arenas sold in the local markets of Baghdad City, with lead level ranging from (0.1470 &#8211; 0.3768) ug\/g, wet liver weight for local and Brazilian respectively, and for copper element 0.5032) &#8211; (1.8351 ug\/g for local and Brazilian respectively, and zinc level range Mapin (3.2890-4.1016) Microgram\/g for Brazilian and local respectively, cadmium level (0.0031-0.1230) was microgram\/g for Brazilian and local liver respectively, while results showed levels of mycotoxin residue (AFB1: Aflatoxin B1, AFB2: Aflatoxin B2, AFG1: Aflatoxin G1, AFG2: Aflatoxin G2) For Domestic Examined Akpad Samples (1.35, 1.86, 1.02 and 0.91) Micrograms\/kg respectively for AFB1 toxins, AFB2, AFG1 and AFG2 were reported in the Turkish liver (1.53, 1.35, 1.10 and 0.83), respectively, while Brazilian showed (1.73, 1.62, 1.22 and 0.97) micrograms\/kg.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-index=\"4\">Introduction:<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-index=\"5\">Food quality and safety are an increasingly important public health issue. There are two important issues in the food sector, as a result of the globalization of food supplies and the complexity of the food chain, Consumers need to buy safe products that do not carry health risks. Meat of various kinds, including poultry meat and its products, is one of the main sources of food for human beings and is widely consumed.
