Summary:
\nThis study was conducted to investigate the extent of contamination of brown ice creams in Baghdad’s markets, by examining 30 samples of which (Local, imported) during July and July 2022, The laboratory method used for microbial tests and was compared with modern technology by means of the BacTrac 4300 equipped by Sy-LAB Impedance Austria The results showed that the total number of air bacteria, colon bacteria and staphylococcus bacteria was above the permissible limits of the Iraqi Standard for Ice Cream, with no samples of Salmonella spp.<\/h4>\n

The examination with the BacTrac 4300 has reduced the time and effort in carrying out the examination process, and the results obtained are excellent accuracy and are an approach to the results shown by the traditional examinations.<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
