It acts as an antibiotic to preserve food as long as possible or as substances to improve some of the physical properties of the product, but by specific ratios according to the standard specifications.<br \/>\nThis study was conducted on some kinds of cheeses and imported milk cream available in Baghdad&#8217;s markets to detect and quantify certain chemicals, including formaldehyde, hydrogen peroxide and benzoic acid. The results concluded that the samples under study were free of formaldehyde and hydrogen peroxide, which were detected by basic chemical methods through the use of reagents While benzoic acid was detected using a high-performance liquid chromatography technique, samples are indicated to contain benzoic acid within permissible limits that do not cause health damage to the consumer.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">These results are consistent with Iraqi standards and are a good indication that these products are free of chemical additives and are valid for human consumption.<\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Dr. Huda Jaber Hussein Dairy is a basic food consumed by humans on a daily basis and may be &#8230; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":46,"featured_media":103,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_lmt_disableupdate":"no","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-87","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-irc-research"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
