Pursuant to article 24 (III) of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq of 2005, which is in force: “The State shall promote scientific research for peaceful purposes in the interests of humanity and shall foster superiority, creativity, innovation and various manifestations of prophets.”
This morning, 12 January 2023, God’s help signed a memorandum of understanding between our Centre and the Faculty of Business Economics/University of Nahrin “The memorandum was signed by Dr. Marwan Abdul Hamid Ashour, Assistant Chancellor of Baghdad University for Scientific Affairs, representing the University of Baghdad, and Dr. Nagam Hussein Nemaha, Dean of the Faculty of Business Economics, representing the University of Nahrin, The parties agreed to implement the memorandum of understanding between them through various forms of scientific cooperation in the service of education and scientific research in our dear country.
